So many memories.

It is sad, really, that he had to leave.

He was only with us for a short time.

But he is free now.

I think we can learn a lesson from dear scrunchie. No matter what you are going through what you are suffering, you will get through it, be strong, and one day you will be free like black scrunchie.

I still remember the first time I saw you. You were with your siblings, burgundy scrunchie and grey scrunchie, and I'd never seen someone so happy. I understand that you had to leave. But things shouldn't have gone this way. You deserved more.

You were the nicest scrunchie I've ever known. You were faithful to your owner, through all the hardships. You have my respect. You never complained. You were abused, yes- but you were loved. I'm sorry that we didn't give you the love you deserved. I'm sorry if I hurt you. I just want you to know that we loved you. We all did. More than you will ever know.

I hope you enjoy your new life. Away from the craziness that is humans. I hope you meet someone you can love, and that you live out the rest of your days surrounded by loved ones and baby scrunchies. I love you, I do, but I understand that it wasn't meant to be. You deserve to live a good life. I just wish you had said goodbye. *sobs*

Goodbye Black Scrunchie. I hope the rest of your life is filled with happiness, because you fricking deserve it. We love you. You will always have a special place in my heart.
