Well, it happened.

I never thought it would, but it did.

I have officially gotten into Rescue Bots.

It's so weird! When I first saw it on Netflix, I took one look at Optimus on the first episode preview picture and decided that I wasn't going to watch that show for a long time, if ever. But, recently I've been exposed to some positive (and interesting) stuff about Rescue Bots, mainly in Arya_Skye's "The Hunt", and "What Just Happened" and "Speedster Issues" in her "TFP One Shots" book, so I got kinda curious about what the characters actually looked like. Plus, my little bro wanted to watch it, so it was a perfect opportunity. If I didn't like it, I could just walk out of the room.

But I didn't. Little by little, as we watched more episodes, I decided that it wasn't as bad as it had seemed at first. Although I was kinda expecting Blades to be squealing a lot because of the before-mentioned stories, he's basically the same as the impression I got from the stories. Boulder reminds me a lot of Bulkhead. The peacemaker of the team, kinda like the one in Prime, and also fascinated with human art and stuff, kinda like the one in Animated. At least now I know where "Thank the AllSpark for hot, brown water" came from (one of the loading quotes in Angry Birds Transformers). Chase is a lot more funny than I thought he would be, especially in "Christmas in July", when he's making a snow angel, and in "The Lost Bell", when he and Blades are startled by the puffin. I think he's my mom's favorite character. And Heatwave, aw man. It's amazing how much of Starscream you hear in him, and yet you don't hear it. Steve Blum is a really good voice actor, and it seems like he voices characters in everything!

Oh, and one last thing:

Has anyone else noticed that on Netflix, the description for A Virtual Disaster (season 2, episode 5 of RB) is the same as Project Predacon (season 3, episode 5 of Prime)?
