"Jingle bells! More like single bells am I right!?" Rapunzel exclaimed as we headed to the lake to skate.

"Just because both of us are single Rapunzel..." I inwardly groaned.

"Um duh!" She playfully glared.

We arrived at the lake and found it was beings occupied by two guys.

"Hey! Can we skate here!?" Rapunzel yelled.

"I don't know! Can you?" A white haired guy asked.

"We'll take that as a yes." I butted in.

Rapunzel gracefully glided on the ice with me shortly behind. She twirled and spun and I skillfully dodged her.

"Wow you're pretty good Blondie!" The white haired one said.

"Yeah I  could barely stay on my feet." The boys friend said. "My name's Hiccup." The boy took out his hand.

"Meridaaaa!" I slipped but caught on to his arm.

Rapunzel POV

"So you're a figure skater huh?" I smirked at Jack.

"Yeah I went to last year's  Nationals."

"We should skate together!" I suggested.

"Sure how about now?" He exclaimed.

Hiccup POV

"Tell me about yourself..." Merida said rolling up a ball of snow. We were sitting on the bank of snow watching Rapunzel and Jack. "What do you want to know?" I asked studying her features.

"Do you come here often?" She asked taking me off guard.

"Actually...no" I sighed.

"Bummer." She said under her breath.

I smiled. "Oh really why is that?" I smirked.

Her eyes widened, and she turned a bright shade of red.

"No reason.." she breathed out.

Jack POV

Rapunzel twirled while I  did a figure eight around her.  She skated towards me and I lifted her up. She smiled. Which made my cheeks warm up.

"Its getting late." She looked at the almost fading sun.

"Right." I second as I saw Hiccup rolling in the snow while Merida. I wolf-whistled.

"Shut up Jack!" Hiccup yelled. Rapunzel slipped something into my hand and she ran off to Merida and yanked her away.

"Byeeee Hic!" Merida yelled.

"Hic ey?" I elbowed Hiccup. "Whatever." He smiled like a goof.
