An Elegy

Looking out my windowpane,
I watched my WP love goes away
On his stallion riding by.
I can only moan and cry.

Oh Watty Love, Oh Watty Love!
You left flying like a dove.
Now I'm purging out my soul,
In this poem sad and foul.

Thought we were like meant to be.
But you just scorned on me
Leaving me with much distress.
You're engaged to a princess!

Oh Watty Love, Oh Watty Love!
Made my writing fall in loaf.
Ride your horse o'er hot sand.
Now I'm feeling plain and bland.

Left to join your Arab queen,
I can stare you from the dim
Of my tower of despair.
Watty Gods! It wasn't fair!
