my friend irl. has multiple identity disorders what should i do?

She is really nice and quiet and outgoing but sometimes introverted and hates blood. but then she faints and pops up as an entirely new persona. this one is more satanic, lazy suicidal and loud, and acts more like a boy and is more smarter at science than she usually is. what the sh"t should i do.
