Once a normal life
Had a wonderful father
He grew her up
They lived together

Trained to defend
Body hard as steel
Mind was strong
Difficult to kneel

But so happened
One starry night
She held her father
Blood cover her sight

And so she felt
An empty heart
No friends or family
Not even a part

Earned her food
Lived far away
Struggled to keep up
No place to stay

Joined the army
Showed her skills
People dumbfounded
In all their drills

A cold heart
Emotionless mind
She lived like that
Rarely was kind

Strong was she physically
Strong was she mentally
But no one saw
Unstable she was emotionally

Controlled her feelings
Waged into war
Firearms heavy
Didn't hear them call

Flesh cut through
A bullet so small
A groan came out
Blasted a bomb

Trees burnt
People cried
Laying down
Surroundings died

And so then and there
Took her last breath
Only one regret
Her family's death
