Remus pov
Looking back, I probably shouldn't have ran to her after a full moon. Yet, here I was, curled up in her arms after she helped clean me up.
I sighed softly and buried my face into her shoulder, smiling as I inhaled her scent.
"You doin' ok, Moony?" She murmured, rubbing the back of my head softly whilst her fingers carded through my hair.
"Yeah, I'm fine..." I mumbled, my voice was extremely muffled due to her shoulder,
After a few long moments of silence I spoke up again, "you're amazing, yknow that? Like absolutely amazing..."
"Oh-" she mumbled, "well, thanks." I heard a soft, quiet chuckled escape her lips after she spoke.
"Your laugh is beautiful...like you..." I murmured tiredly, "you're perfect..."
I didn't hear her say anything so I tiredly continued.
"I really think I love you...and I want to be able to hold you, cherish you, and spoil you. You're perfect for me, Y/n..." I leaned my head back so I could see her face. She had the most adorable, soft, loving look in her eyes; and this soft, sweet, small smile gracing her lips. It was perfect.
"Y/n...I- will you be my girlfriend?" I whispered, a slightly desperate glint in my eyes as they met hers.
"Yes...yes I would love to be your girlfriend, Moony." She mumbled back before I hugged her tightly, burying my face deeply into the crook of her neck.
"Now," she murmured, "get some sleep. We'll talk in the morning."
And with those words, I smiled softly and fell asleep.
It was a warm, peaceful night of sleep for me and I wouldn't have this any other way...
