There are times were a wanderer might be someone of tragedy. This warrior have fought every war he could, yet while his blade is tainted in the blood of his enemies, his honor remains. However, because of the death of his daimyo, he now wanders the land in search of a purpose.
During her many adventurers across the lands, there were a few that had fascinated her. One of these few are people from the east, who called themselves "Japanese". However, some of these few were bandits and pirates and she alone have the capabilities to take an entire group of them.
During the fight, she became surrounded by the bandits, armed with weapons design to hurt her in armor. Maces, flails, polearms and etc. Before the bandits had a chance to attack her all at once, one of them screamed, "It's a samurai!" Unfortunately for the Knight, she can't understand what they are saying.
It is the the bandits scattered. Few were attacking the Knight and this mysterious person. By the time the two saw each other, they were attacking bandits left and right. The Knight is sturdy, while the person is flexible. In the aftermath of the fight, the only people left standing is the Knight and the person.
Knight: I thank you, stranger.
The stranger looked to her. The stranger simply nodded before going to leave. However, the Knight called him out and ask him, "Who are you"?
Stranger: 私の名前は岸空翔子です。 私は侍でしたが、今は浪人です.
The Knight is stunned. She couldn't understand a damn thing this man said. However, there were phrases she might be able to piece on what he is.
Knight: You were a "samurai"?
Samurai: [Nods]
Knight: Why are you out here and why did you fight those bandits.
Samurai: Hmm... あなたを助けること.
Knight: Do you understand my language?
Samurai only pinched to show that, he only have a little bit of experience.
Knight: Oh okay. May you come with me?
The Knight is forced to gesture what she is trying to imply and for this stranger to come with her. The Samurai nodded and the two left the forest.
. . . . .
The King and Queen sits ideally on the throne as they waited for their female Knight to come back. The queen is a bit anxious, considering that the Knight they sent is her own sister. The King helped calm down the Queen as he assured her that the Knight is well trained and has survived numerous fights.
The Knight and her companion returned to the relief of the King and Queen.
The Knight down a knee and bowed, while her companion stood and bowed too. The sight of the Knight's companion is a bit amusing, but also kinda weird.
King: Rise.
The two stopped bowing and raise back up to see the King and Queen before their eyes.
King: Knight, would you please explain your companion?
Knight: Oh right! This man came from a place a bit far from here. I can't understand him at the moment, but from what he is trying to describe, it seems as though he is just wandering aimlessly without purpose. Only to fight for the innocent and pure.
Queen: Where are you from, mister?
The Samurai looked down for a moment, trying to think about the few English he knows. Soon he looked back up and said the name of his land. To the surprised of him, the King and Queen knew of this land and its people. Since the introduction to their lands, the King requested a translator from one of the people who arrived.
King: Miss, may you translate our guess for now.
Translator: Yes, my King.
King: Now tell me, why do you wander these lands?
Samurai: 私の主は倒れた。 私の古い城は包囲されました。 下に仕える領主がいなければ、私は何もありません。 それで私は、前から最後の息まで得たスキルを通して目的を追求する浪人になるか、別のマスターに仕えました。
Translator: M-My lord has fallen. My old castle was besieged. Without a lord to serve under, I am nothing. And so I became a Ronin, one who seeks purpose through the skills obtained from before until my last breath, or i served another master
King: Hmm I see. Knight, what was he called?
Knight: Oh. He didn't have a name, but he did say Samurai or something.
Translator: My lord, may I speak.
King: You may.
Translator: Thank you, my lord. Samurai are warriors bound by a code of honor, who must served their lords in battle or to defend him or her at all cost. A Samurai without a master, a Samurai simply becomes a Ronin.
King: So he is, in a way, a knight then?
Translator: In a sort. Yes, my lord.
King: If so... Then I will reknighted you, but I will allow you to keep your former title, in the condition to be watched over by Lady Knight Amber.
The Samurai bowed in gratitude and thanking the King for letting him be a Samurai once more. The Knight, Amber, now has to take care for what she has found.
. . . . .
Since the years they were together, Amber and Yokaze have their fair share of interactions. Amber has taken a liking to the serious, discipline, yet cheerful Samurai and Yokaze the same for Ambers, honorable, honest and caring personality.
With time, the two cultures eventually mix and mashed in a sort of menagerie of people from different cultures of different places. Sitting on their throne, the Knight, now queen, sit by her husband and their children.
