"I was wondering if maybe you'd...." she trailed off

She was going to say no wasn't she

"Once you asked if we'd want to take a fly together I was going to use this time to ask the same thing" Crow told her

"I......I thought you were going to say you didn't want to" Mesa replied

"Mesa why would I ever not want to be with you?" Crow asked

"I don't know I was worried and I wasn't sure" Mesa answered

"I love you Mesa and don't ever forget that" Crow told her

"I won't I promise" Mesa replied and smiled

They still needed the mateing ceremony to make them true mates but it was good enough for now
