Akame Ga Kill X For Honor (Beyond the Walls)
Heathmoor is a continent situated as the land where 4 of the greatest factions known to man fought till their deaths. Every culture, every techniques, every killing intent was born from the warriors desire for survival, not only of their people but to their culture as well. In the west, the Legions of Ashfeld lives of the harsh deserted climate with a bountiful of resources. Up to the north, where the Warborn make due with the freezing temperatures. Far off to the East, the Chosen must reside on elevated platforms in order to live of in the dense jungle area. One of the four factions, the Wu Lin are actually invaders that currently uses the Chosen's lands as a staging ground.
Despite there are 4 warring factions, there is one more faction hiding within Heathmoor. Mostly technologically superior to the 4 factions, yet their numbers are low. This is the Empire, a peaceful, yet somewhat harsh society, who emphasize on their secrecy to the outside world. However, only the first Emperor knew the lands outside of the Empire's territory and in order to ensure the Empire's survival, he used a highly specialized cloaking magic to hide his Empire from the warring factions. To add extra security, his team of scientist also created the Danger Beasts to ensure the citizens don't stray too far from their restricted Border.
Time passed by and it seems everything is normal, rarely any violence save for the times the Revolutionaries tried to overthrow the current Emperor - a mere child who is a descendant of the first Emperor. Anywho, the people have started to take the fight to the Danger Beasts, till they were all just a rarity. Once outside the border they were quickly introduced to a battle against 4 factions, which a lot more body count than when the Revolutionaries and the Empire went into war. However, this is much larger and more brutal. Whilst the regular army can go one on one, the larger warriors manage to slay a lot of the minions with one strike, which is what the Teigus were made for in the first place - to allow a single individual to slay an entire army. Although, they further investigate that these warriors can equal to a single army regardless, it is only another equal in skill could defeat them.
The Empire and Revolutionaries came to the warriors to learn of their secrets. They learn these warriors, known simply as heroes, are well trained and have in a way of magic that allows them to face of against multiple opponents. Revenge - a form of second life to the Hero after being overwhelmed by multiple foes. In this state, their stamina is near infinite as their health restores after seemingly near death injuries that would've left some people incapacitated. Upon executing another hero, all effects and curses disappears almost immediately, even one close to death as they as well regained their health. There are many more, but these are the ones most of the citizens were intrigued by.
Unlike the warriors and minions of Heathmoor, the Empire and Revolutionaries aren't at a constant war, so it would be said of their strength both individually and as a collective. Their durability, whilst questionable at best, have been shown that even a gunshot at point blank range is meaningless and only does minimal damage to the warrior. If only this were to be true on most of the soldiers of the armies, there would be a minimal need for armor, although the Legion, Chosen, Warborn and Wu Lin said otherwise.
There are some noteworthy things about each of the factions that the Citizens of the Empire and Revolutionaries have found intriguing. The Legion have a specialized group of soldiers made almost entirely by criminals called "Conquerors," which most of their lords care little to none of their lives. The Warborn have two religious warriors, both groups that are equally insane and bloodthirsty: the Shamans and the Jormungandrs. The Shugoki of the Chosen, arguably the largest of them all, are actually foreign to the Chosen, who was their most recent addition to their army. The Wu Lin has a group of trained martial artist, who are well known as "Shaolin", were once pacifist, until a certain event causes their order to be split - one on the side of peace and prosperity, whilst the other on the side of violence; hence joining the Wu Lin on their expedition to Heathmoor.
It is rather surprising that some of these warriors can do actions similar to the Teigus. As an example, Murasame can kill people on a single cut, yet these warriors killed a wave of soldiers with one cut as well, almost as fast as murasame. Many Revolutionaries and Imperials seek the guide of the warriors to find the true strength to victory.
Despite all of this, none could the deny the body count and the brutality outside of the Empire more than what sanity would give. If they're being honest, many who tried to fight these warriors, often had their heads chopped off and presented it to them as a warning - sometimes even launching them into the air to scare off any more intruders. Their willingness to fight and die is truly remarkable, despite the brutality.
With that, the Empire tried continuing to expand, but with Heathmoor at a constant state of war, most of the armies were decimated by the mainly melee focused warriors. Even with Imperial Arms, all of Heathmoor's warriors have a sort of immunity to most forms of curses and even without a portal Imperial arms, they can still make portals regardless.
For awhile, things were getting desperate, until the truce of Wyverndale. Wyverndale was actually a name of a mythological city, where the 5 empires came to discuss the terms of peace. Emperor Makato, being young as he is, asks his most trusted advisor in the truce. Although, it is insisted that the Emperor shall go alone then bringing along an advisor.
Time went on and young Emperor begin changing the Empire for the better, after witnessing how the factions of Heathmoor treated their people: with Respect for each other. The Legions cared for their people as it is their sacred duty to do so. The Warborns tend to any in need of assistance after a grievous fight against many of the danger beast. The Chosens cared for the young and elderly, even training the young generations of potential warriors. The Wu Lin... Well, it is unknown at this point, but regardless, the Emperor of the Empire does everything within his power to bring the glory of the Empire back in its original state.
How much it is known about Heathmoor and its many secrets? The Empire and Revolutionaries might have made a dent into the 1000 war-long years of Heathmoor's history. We'll see for ourselves.
