A.N: This was requested by @theweirdosdrawings, and I apologize for taking SO LONG TO UPDATE. School started recently, and it's been hard to figure out how to end stories, but I'm trying. So I hope you enjoy. Somehow. (and yes, it has been a long time since I last saw Gravity Falls, but I can still claim that I've seen every episode)

It was a normal day at the Mystery Shack, summer had recently begun so that entailed for more victims to come into our tourist trap. I love my job here, ever since the owner, Soos, discovered me living in the walls he'd let me work here with him by doing the special effects, such as making a creatures body part move or voicing something so the unsuspecting victims believe everything to be real.

Even though today SEEMED normal enough, I couldn't help but to be buzzing with excitement. Today the Pines twins were returning to Gravity Falls, supposedly they visited every year since 2012. Being that I'd only been here for a year, I'd never met them, but I have heard so many stories about them and how they're heroes. I was sad that I wouldn't get to properly meet them but still excited to see them nonetheless.

I was currently busying myself with finishing up voicing the cornicorn, the last attraction on the tour. I did my silly voice so loudly and unexpectedly that I actually saw some beings jump of fright making me laugh.

"And that's it dudes, make sure you visit the gift shop on your way out!" I heard Soos say, witch was my que that my shift was over. I came out of my hiding place as soon as the coast was clear. "Good job little girl dude." My boss fist bumped me.

"Thanks!" I said. That's when I heard it, a knock on the door to the house part. They're here. I watched Soos leave, and then I entered the walls and made my way to where the door was, ready to see the new beings.

I rushed over to one of the holes in the ceiling, peaking down seeing two giants below me. One was a boy that looked almost 19 years old, he had brown hair, brown eyes, and wore a hat that had a blue pine tree on it. The other being was a girl who looked similar to the boy, she had the same shade of hair and eyes, but wore beautiful makeup and a cute sweater.

I watched as Soos fist bumped them both before they left to head upstairs. I followed curiously.

~TIME SKIP~

Since I had nothing else to do, I followed then the rest of the day. I especially loved being around the guy, Dipper; he was so smart that it was almost attractive. Almost. I was also a bit scared since he seemed to keep noticing me, I'll admit he's wise and cute, but him being wise isn't that good for me I I'm trying to NOT be seen.

At the moment though, he didn't seem to be on the vigilance, as he was reading from a book with his sister drawing in one off to the side. I enjoyed this situation since I could read with him over his shoulder without him knowing.

"Hey, I'm going to see Candy and Brida! I'll be back soooon!!!" I jumped at the girl's, Mable's, voice, and watched as she slammed the door leaving. Dipper just went back to reading, and it was silent for a few moments.

"I know you're there." His voice came, making me jump. I heard the creak of a bed before seeing a giant brown orb appear on the other side of my hole. I gulped, knowing full well there was no way out of this. "So, what are you?"

"I-I-I.." I stuttered, making me blush, "I-I'm a b-borrower..." I said, whilst slowly backing up. "I..I've heard about...about what you did..uhm..in two thousand twelve.." I could feel my cheeks heating up.

"Yep, I'm a real genuine, hero," he said, and I'd be lying if I told you that I didn't giggle a little. "Well, I'm Dipper, if you didn't already know."

"It's nice to finally meet you Dip, I'm (y/n)."
