1) Do you have a crush?

The last irl crush I remember having was 7th-8th grade and I just finished up 11th so... no...

2) Does someone have a crush on you?

Idk. Nobody's told me anything and I'm also oblivious as heck 🤷🏽‍♀️

3) What's your favorite book?

I was gonna go with an obvious answer like Harry Potter, but I've been reading a couple of different books on the kindle app more recently. I'm gonna go with The Woodcutter by Kate Danley. It's pretty cool. It mixes a whole bunch of fairy tales together and I guess that's something I'm into now 🤷🏽‍♀️

I've also read books like The Gold-Son by Carrie Anne Noble which is about leprechauns and The Paper Magician which is a series by Charlie N. Holmberg. It's been a while since I read The Paper Magician, but I remember my friends being confused when I was reading it all the time (mostly at lunch when we were going to Wendy's) bc I wouldn't pay any attention to anything else going on. Also because I'd go on rants about it and they'd look at me like I was insane because I was going on and on about the main character literally being trapped inside a heart... ya that's a thing...

4) Which is better New York or California?

Well I've never been to New York, but I've been to Cali a few times. My grandparents used to live in California (don't ask me what area though cause idk I was really young). We spent Christmas in Oceanside, CA and had a blast. I feel like I can't answer with New York because I've never been, so I guess I'll go with California???

5) Where do you want to travel?

Obviously New York is on that list

I was supposed to go on a Washington DC trip this year, but it was canceled due to COVID-19. Next year is the last year my school's doing it (the history teacher that was hosting it is going to a different school) and I'm supposed to be one of the first people to know when it'll be be so I'm hoping to go then.

I also have a Peru trip planned for next summer, but I think that counts as a place I wanna go (because why would I plan something I don't wanna do??)

New Zealand would be pretty cool to visit, but literally any of the Polynesian islands. I've been dancing hula since I was about 3. I now dance songs from Hawai'i, Tahiti, Aotearoa (New Zealand), and last year I was finally able to join in the Samoan dances. (Prepare for small rant about not being able to join Samoan until last year) See, my teacher (I typically call her Auntie Kumu) has a promo group too which was originally mostly my family and hers. Even though I was already a teenager, I was kept in the preteen class so that I would know the same songs as her daughters for when we had promo performances. My options were try to make time for both classes or just do preteen... so I was in the preteen class until I was 16... which at that point the entire class graduated up so then it was all the girls from that class that still dance and a few of the girls that were actually my age... SO ANYWAY anywhere in Polynesia would be cool (also my halau is called Ili O' Polynesia in the northern Utah area so you might wanna check it out... the website is super outdated but the Facebook page might not be)

6) Favorite song?

Y'know what? Let's go with something that isn't a musical bc then it narrows down the song choices by... well, a lot. This is gonna take me a while cause I'm indecisive but I'll limit myself to naming a max of 5 songs (probably very different from eachother because that also helps me narrow it down)... I currently have 25 songs to narrow down... now at 19... I'm at 17... I'm hoping to get three or four more gone in a few minutes (gotta listen to some songs for comparison reasons)... it hurts me to do it, but Grow As We Go by Ben Platt is being eliminated which brings me to 15... 11 songs... 7 songs... A top 5 songs (in no specific order) has been decided!
