APPEARANCE: short black hair with bangs that hang down lightly on the right side of his face, pale complexion, lean build though not skinny, stands at about 5'10", dark reddish-brown eyes, a noticeable lack of any tan lines, and two small iron studs in each ear.

APPAREL: one size too big worn out jeans, short sleeved dark blue t-shirt, black elbow length fitted gloves, dirt stained white socks, and weathered lace-up tennis shoes.

PERSONALITY: Claude once was full of energy and life and loved spending time with his family. He was an optimist whose spirits could never be put down for long. Though now he has turned into a bitter soul whose zeal for life has died and who doesn't let himself get bogged down by morality or hope. He is sarcastic and snide at best, insufferable and hateful at worst. Claude has loyalty issues and is always on the lookout for those who would do him harm. Though he isn't without care, he respects elders as well as children and would never do them harm. Claude is more able to work with and get along with other supernatural or mythical beings and is very wary around humans. All in all he is a tough nut to crack but holds within him a lonely and softer side seen by very little.

ABILITIES: hypnotic gaze/voice, preternatural senses, no longer physically ages upon death and reanimation, can walk or climb up walls and ceilings with ease, able to move soundlessly, fog manipulation, limited animal control, and the ability to create other vampires**.

WEAKNESSES: sunlight, silver, holy relics and holy water (used with intention and belief), garlic, onions, cannot pass over a threshold unless invited to do so, cannot enter a (closed*) home unless invited to do so, cannot survive being pierced through the heart, cannot survive decapitation, needs regular consumption of blood to survive, cannot survive burning, and due to the weakening of the race most of vampiric abilities are now limited and weakened.

WEAPONS: abilities, fangs, claws, a small hunting knife, and whatever can be improvised.

LIKES: quiet, keeping secrets

DISLIKES: bright lights, loud noises, being the center of attention, werewolves, large towns/cities, fae, necromancers, and the color yellow.

BRIEF HISTORY: born in 1906 and lived a rather bland life for the time before being turned at twenty-three. He was feared by his family and friends and cast out, nearly staked, and has since lived on his own travelling where he could and trying to avoid detection. Knowing should he be found out for what he was he would be hunted down and exterminated. Currently he can be found hiding out in a small one room cabin near a small town until he needs to move yet again.  

OTHER: He was the second youngest of seven and one of only two of his siblings to have black hair, the others sporting either brown or dark blonde. He also personally considers it pointless and boring to be a vampire.
