This is Bernadette ("brave as a bear"). I made her to live in the Hetalia world but she is not a nation-being. Rather she is just made of my complete and utter boredom the vastness of which cannot be described in words nor actions...

Anywho her second name there was due to an incident that led to her goin form living with the French settlers in a newly "discovered" Canada to living with a tribe from the local Natives of the land.
She stood up against fighting the Natives and argued in their favor. Saying that hey didn't have to have war between the two but rather they could try to make peace. However, the band of settlers she lived with did not support her and in one final incident she was nearly shot for standing up against her people. She was ridiculed and fled from her people only to be found and 'adopted' by a fairly nice tribe. She remained with them until her eventual death of old age many years later.
Bernadette, though always remembering her first name, cast it away and thus forth went by what they called her: Wakiya ("little thunder"). She helped her adopted people learn the tricks of the settlers and either drive them away or defeat them in battle. Later it was claimed that the spirit of a Swallow was heard laughing mirthfully in her voice as children spotted it and wearing her necklace. Though it flew away and has never been seen since....

She knew about nation-beings though it is unsure just how she came to acquire that knowledge. But she kept it a secret for all the years of her life.
