((I hope you don't mind ^^'' )) )
__________________________

Name: Magali Runningwolf (first name is a Native American variant of Michael; pronounced "mah-ga-lee")

Stage Name: Gode (pronounced "goh-deh"; it is the Apache word for "shadow spirit who haunts dreams")

Age: 37

Gender: male

Sexuality: bi-curious heterosexual

Descendant: -none-

Appearance: Magali has long white hair, reaching about mid-calf, that he normally keeps free flowing but ties up in black hair wraps when donning his Gode persona. He has naturally tanned skin that is darkened by time spent in the sun and a physical build somewhere between a lean boxer and a runner. He has dull, though dark, pine-bark brown eyes that glow white when using his powers. When dressed as Gode he takes special care to cover up a birthmark on the bottom left of his neck shaped similarly to a paw print.
As a civilian he normally wears a white button up shirt that has the top few buttons open and a black bandana wrapped around his forehead. Plain brown pants and dark tan sandals are common for him. When around the public he wears his hair up in such a way that allows him to don a black-haired wig that falls down to about his waist as not to attract attention to his true hair color.
As Gode he keeps a dark hued attire, his main article of clothing being a long flowing black cloak with the hood constantly pulled over to deeply shadow his face where only his mouth is visible along with the eerie glow of his eyes. The underside of the cloak is a dark gray and he allows part of his hair to fall outside the front of the hood to rest on top of the cloak. Under this he wears a black sleeveless turtle-neck shirt with a black armband on each upper arm. His pants are dark gray and have bold fringes along the sides. His footwear as Gode consists of black combat boots designed to look similar to moccasin-boots. He carries a few items with him in pouches on a black belt that he uses when his powers either can't be used or aren't helpful to the situation. He also carries a few weapons on this belt as well, to better defend himself where his powers fail to do so.

Personality: Magali is an eccentric man who speaks little of himself and even less of others. He is better adapted to observing and listening than adamantly talking and is usually quiet and reserved. He's the type you'd normally find reading a good novel in the homey corner of a coffee shop sipping tea or coffee. Though this is mostly outward appearance, if one bothers to test the waters and finally get to know him he can be a jovial and friendly person. However, an incident from his past has made him less than approachable and he tends to snap and glare at many a stranger who pass him by or try speaking with him. A part of him has become embittered and scornful of the world around him, and he doesn't foresee himself changing this view anytime soon. It was this view of life (along with the incident) that led him to believe he had to choose the path of a villain, and he finds it difficult to see any other path that may have, or might still, been visible for him.
However much bad he might do though he is careful to never fatally harm, or hurt at all if it can be helped, anyone. The only exception to this being those he truly believes are worthy of it. His reasoning is more than just the weight that it would add to his conscience, sometimes his very soul, to do so, but rather also that he cherishes and values life and believes that it should not be tampered with by anyone or anything save natural forces.
He detests any time spent with other truer villains and if it weren't for his belief that he had no other choice he likely wouldn't be one himself, though he also doesn't think of himself as a hero either. His hope is that his fate will become clearer soon and be known to him, though he does not know when or how.

Powers: astral projection, astral perception, possession.

Hero/villain: villain (may turn hero later)

Weaknesses: He can't project for too long, it tires him easily and he can eventually go into a coma if out of his body for over 12 hours. He can't control any spirits/etc. that he sees, he can only see, speak to, and hear them. He can't possess anyone who has a form of protection against it. Nor can he maintain control if: they have a stronger will, his physical body is badly harmed, his will or concentration wavers, he is cast out, whomever he is possessing is rendered unconscious. His astral form can't normally be harmed by physical attacks but can be badly injured by mental or psychic attacks. If he chooses to he can physically touch things in astral form but it takes concentration and if he does so he risks physical injury if attacked and any injury he sustains while in astral form is carried over to his physical form upon return. His astral form can't stray too far from his physical body. He will always be immediately returned to his body if it is badly hurt while he is projecting.

Backstory: Magali lived with his mother within her tribe, the Crow. He never knew his father nor does he know what happened to him, or where he went, to this day. All he knows was that when he was born he was fatherless and his neither mother not anyone else would speak anything of it. Other than this he grew up fairly normal until he was about fifteen....
Perhaps had his powers manifested themselves at a different time or in a different way things wouldn't have been as they are now. He might have veered from the path that led him to become what he is. But as coincidence and circumstance would have it that did not happen.
Magali's ability to astral project was his first gift, and it cost him his family. When it first happen he had been awoken by a strange feeling and found himself floating above his own body. He was unable to figure out how to return to his body and had to watch as a drunk intruder broke into his home in the dead of night. The man had a weapon and went after his mother, younger sister, and great-grandfather. Magali was unable to do anything about it as they could not hear his cries for them to awaken nor could the man hear his pleas for him to stop. Angered by this his second ability presented itself and he possessed the man. However, he was so surprised by this that he lost all concentration and was immediately thrown out of the man who then promptly fainted, in a drunken sleep, on the floor.
He did eventually find a way to return to himself and was awoken yet again by the police...
Magali was later put into a foster home, as he had no other family to go to, and it wasn't many days later that he discovered his third (and final) ability: he could commune with the deceased. His Great-grandfather presented himself to him but all he had to say was that sometimes things happen for a reason and there's nothing we can do to change it. Magali never got the meaning of this from him as his great-grandfather disappeared shortly after speaking. Magali took it to heart in a way that he thought meant that he was held back from returning to himself and thus prevented from warning his family because he wasn't meant to save people. To save lives. He then cursed his powers and the world around him for giving them to him. This incident eventually led to his deciding to become a villain; his belief that it was impossible for him to be a hero...

League/Squad: -currently none-

Other: his hair used to be black, the activation and constant use of his powers slowly made it turn white.
For however long his astral form is out of his body then returned he must rest for double the time.
His birthday is August 1st.
His animal spirit is the porcupine.
He equates projecting akin to swimming: it can be made to be second nature but it never feels quite natural (it also makes you hungry).
