I'm thinking about quitting writing on wattpad, for multiple reasons. I'm not sure if I'm going to go through with it so that's why I'm asking the few people who read this.

If I did do it, I would definitely remove Gems and Lucy and Konrad, I might remove Dynacaries, although I might keep it so I can get more people to join the group, and I'd keep this book and continue writing in it because my church strongly encourages keeping a daily journal and this is the closest thing I've got to that.

Anyways, the reasons why I'm considering this. SOOO many reasons. One of my friends is actually getting published, and she doesn't recommend wattpad at all and told me a bunch of scary stories about copyright and plagiarism issues from wattpad, and I actually accidentally figured out how to copy and paste someone's story in the mobile version, which is reaaaaaaaallllllyyyyy scary and I don't want anything to happen to my stories, I've worked way too hard on them. She even told me about another site, inkedin or something like that, which is a lot safer and is what she used to write her story.

Also, the only reason I put my stories on here was to get more feedback, which hasn't really been happening. There are 0 comments in chapter 9 of gems and most of the other comments everywhere else are just "this is good, update it!" The only good piece of advice I've gotten is from El1zaS, mentioning the fact that the chapter lengths in Gems vary so much. Nobody's helping. It frustrates me a lot. YWP is so much more feedback centered.

Also, the main reason, this site is stressing me out. A lot. The whole purpose is being able to update your story regularly, which I fail miserably at, so maybe it just isn't for me.  When I first started writing Gems, before I got wattpad... Hang on let's do some math

I started writing my book in March

By July, right before I got wattpad, I had written 6 chapters. That's only four months though. I could write well over 1 chapter in a month.

Then, I get wattpad and suddenly

BAM it takes me almost 3 months to write chapter 7. Chapter 8 was short so it didn't take long, (it's about the size of this chapter right here) but then chapter 9 takes me over a  y e a r!

My writing speed slowed down the same time I got wattpad. Coincidence? I think not.

If I took down Gems and Lucy and Konrad I would still be writing them, just not on this site. Same goes for Dynacaries if that happens too. I'd be writing them on YWP. I would send links when I update to h2o00, kittenatemybook, keepcalmandmagic, and El1zaS, (if they want it) because I trust them, and maybe a few others if they requested I guess -_- maybe idk

And I'd still be completely active on here! I've made so many good friends and there's an endless pile of amazing books to read, why I  the world would I give all of that up? I want to support you all (and in case you didn't already know, I'm fine with you dm'ing me saying "Hey, can you check out my story?" Even of we're complete strangers. I enjoy helping)

So... I'm not sure what I'm going to end up doing. And most likely nobody's going to comment their opinion on this because no one ever comments on any of my stuff -_-
