On Fanart

  Okay, I draw fanart and that is how I better my drawing skills. It is also how some of us 'meet' other people. Fanart helps us to show our skill, and also gives us an excuse to draw ;)

  Also, it is something that we can be proud of, and something that we can put our all into.

On Fanfiction

Fan fiction is what literature might look like if it were reinvented from scratch after a nuclear apocalypse by a band of brilliant pop-culture junkies trapped in a sealed bunker. They don't do it for money. That's not what it's about. The writers write it and put it up online just for the satisfaction. They're fans, but they're not silent, couch-bound consumers of media. The culture talks to them, and they talk back to the culture in its own language.

   I write fanfiction. I don't think that fans should be selling the fanfiction, but it can help us to write and improve our grammar and spelling. Also, it again helps us meet other people.

  And here's a friendly note (or two *Teehee!! reference*) to fellow fanfiction writers: 1) Haters gonna hate

and 2) If someone gives you advice, listen to it. Don't let the above note blind you to the truth. Oi, just went all Jedi for a moment there...

3) DON'T RAGE AT PEOPLE JUST BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE YOUR FANDOM. Everyone has their own opinion; Don't let it bother you too much, you know?

4) Try your hand at your own works. Who knows, maybe you'll have fanfiction being written about your own stories one day!!

On Fanvideos

 Okay, I don't really watch these, but I have found some pretty cool ones for Warriors, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars.

  Mostly they are trailer vids, spoofs/ parodies, or AMVs for Warriors. USSDaedalus (Spelling?) was great before he deleted his account... There are still some on YTube, though.

  For Lord of the Rings, they are usually spoofs, music videos, and tributes. One was 'Middle Earth Men* are Bringing Sexy Back!!' It was pretty funny, actually. No, really!! Not weird, and by 'men,' the creator was reffering to *most of* the male beings in Middle Earth.

  Star Wars, they're spoofs (Lol... Mashup), tributes, music videos, awesome scenes, and Lord Vader has videos about Sith Themes. They're really good, and also he made an 'Epic Sith Music Medley.' Trust me, when he came back as Lord Vader after I thought that his old account was deleted and he wasn't going to upload any more videos, I was so happy...

On Music

 Trust me, this and drawing are the only things that keep me sane sometimes, I swear. I can't go without my drawing binder, literally. It has to be near me. I even took it with me when we went on a two-day sleepover field trip and I take it with me to Aikido and swimming!!

On Drawing (Lol)

 Same as above, except that I hear music in my head. So I don't have to take it with me, except that's how I fall asleep at night... with music. In fact, I'm listening to 'All of Me' by John Legend right now!! So I don't 'carry' it with me, but I definitely have it!! Ugh, that didn't sound right, did it?

  And I was hanging out with a couple of my friends at my house and my dad had the Pandora on the 'Lord of the Rings' station, and my mom asked on of my friends a question, and when it got really silent while she was considering an answer, the Pirates of the Caribbean theme started playing!! So it was really dramatic and stuff XD.
