No one P.O.V

Lullaby having sat ontop of a tree stared down at The spotted tubby who was below. She was talking to another tubby, One with wings and the conversation seemed peaceful.

"Your absolutely sure...I have no chance with her...??" He would whisper to the Xeno next to him, his tail curled around his legs in sorrow.

"I'm sorry lullaby...but I've already told you...She loves another if not no one....and many love her....you dont have a chance...I'm sorry..." hypnotic would whisper in a sad tone, though as happy as he was that the spotted breeder wouldn't be taking his mate from him He had known how much the heartbreak hurt.

He had known what it was like and he pitied Lullaby, The echoes of his own pain ringing through his mind. "That dragon guy she is talking too loves her...Many do...So many do...I'm sorry but you just have to face the facts...As much as I hate to say that..."

Hypnotic would trail off, watching lullaby with a saddened expression. He could sense the pain and the grief inside of lullaby, though lullaby didn't show it outwardly.

Hypnotic knew that lullaby would want to cry at this very moment, but he had never been great at expressing his feelings outwardly, and he wouldn't want to be seen as weak for crying.

"But hey...She is missing out on a pretty great guy...And it's for the best.." Hypnotic would wrap his tail around lullaby in a hug, knowing if he actually tried to hug him it would have made him mad.

Lullaby would look at hypnotic slowly. "You really think so..??" Lullabys defensive walls had been torn down and he was feeling pretty vulnerable. He had let them down for her...she had taken down his walls and taught him how to be kind...He had trusted her and loved her..But he should have known she merely saw him as a student.

"Ya..of course man! I'll always be here for you...no matter what.." Hypnotic would hold a paw out and Lullaby would smile slightly, grabbing his paw with his own.

It would take time for him to move on but he began to think that Hypnotic was the much better choice for him. Eventually he would be able to See hypnotic as not just a friend..but a lover.
