You had just fed off of a criminal in the streets of London, your lips and face covered in blood. It had been a while since you last fed, at least since the battle of Hogwarts. The fight was forever engraved in your memory, you had fought alongside Harry Potter himself as well as other wizards. It was an honor to fight by their sides. Since then you haven't gotten word from Harry nor any other wizard, the last thing you remembered was watching the children step onto the train, as the next generation of young wizards to protect both the magic and muggle world. You couldn't help but remember the words that Ron spoke to you before he left with Hermoine, "Take care of mum, I know it's still hard for her these days. Since my brother Freds death, she's been insane. She believes the death eaters are still out there, claiming she won't rest until they are dead." you nodded in agreement. "I will look after her Ron, I can assure you there are no death eaters out there we both know that." you said to Ron. "Yes, I know. But you know my mum she always thinks otherwise." he said with a sigh. "I understand, leave it to me. Go on with Hermoine, live the normal life you've always wanted to live. And if you should need me... don't be afraid to reach out." you said finally. The last thing you remembered was shaking his hand before parting ways, for now. 

You wiped the blood off your face, snapping you out of the memory. Within seconds you were back at Mollys house. It had taken quite some time to rebuild it after Bellatrix Lestrange attacked all those years ago. The sight of it still brought back those memories. You made your way inside, finding Molly staring at a photo of Fred. "I wish I could have been there to save you my boy, if only I could." she began to cry. "I swear I will find the one that took you from me, that person will pay dearly for it." she said before kissing the photo and setting it back down on the table. wiping away her tears. "I miss him too." you said. Molly nearly jumped. "Y/N, please don't do that. " she said. "I did not wish to frighten you, my apologies." you answered. "I know you cannot take your mind off of him, I understand that feeling. I have mourned for those I loved, the idea of it haunts me. Their death does not stop me from continuing on, no matter how it hurts." you said. 

"I'm sure you have, but this boy was my son! I love my children more than anything." she said before transporting herself elsewhere with a portkey. "Molly!" you shouted before running after her at preternatural speed. You caught her face to face with the last remaining death eaters, the ones who killed Fred in the battle of hogwarts. 

"You killed my son you bitch!! Expelearmus!" she shouted. the death eater in front of her blocked the attack and fled. The other fought Molly. You ran after the one who fled, killing the one death eater with magic and then cast another spell towards the one who was fighting Molly. the death eater fell and another appeared. Mollys wand was taken from her and was grabbed by the throat. You tackled the death eater, and Molly fell to the ground, choking and catching her breath. Your eyes turned bright red, and you bared your fangs before sinking your teeth into the death eaters neck. Draining them dry. Molly witnessed this for the first time. you let go of the death eater, throwing your head back with a roar. forcing molly to cover her ears. You ran back toward Molly, helping her up and making sure she was alright. She was in shock. "Y/N! you're a vampire!" she said with a gasp. Without a word you grabbed molly and teleported back to the house. 

"Stay away from me!" she ordered. "Molly I am no going to hurt you, besides you've trusted me since day one. why loose that trust now?" you said. 

"Because I know one day you are going to kill me!" she shouted. 

"That is not true! I do not kill those I love! nor those who are innocent!" you yelled. Molly sat back in one of the chairs, exhausted. "You won't kill me?" she said. "No, I cannot. you are family to me molly, I could never do such a thing." you said approaching her, then kneeling in front of her. "I swore to Ron that I would protect you, and I have no intention of going back on my word." you assured her. It took a bit of explanation but after a while Molly finally calmed down. you looked to the east, noticing the sun was about to rise. "The sun is about to rise, I must leave for now. I will return as soon as the sun sets." you said. without another word you had disappeared. 

Leaving Molly in her house alone, but without knowing that you could still sense everything going on in that room.
