Nat: you can sing?

Y/N (blushing): yeah I can, since I was a kid I would mimic all of my dads rock songs. 

Cap: is that true stark?

Tony: yup, she knew every song I played. still does. 

Clint: come on sing something

Thor: yes please, sing something. 

Y/N: (blushing): are you sure? I don't wanna wake up your brother Thor. 

Thor: Nonsense, he won't hear you. My brother knows how to block out noise with his mind. 

Y/N: alright, what do you guys want? any preferences? 

Tony: shoot to thrill, or... if you really want to.. do megadeth. 

Y/N: nah I did shoot to thrill last time, I'll do symphony of destruction. 

Everyone in the room lit up once y/n mentioned that song. She asked jarvis to play the song without the vocals. the song began to play and y/n sang the song in it's entirety.

Her vocals were raw and aggressive, which really shocked everyone. 

Loki remained in his cell fast asleep, not noticing or hearing anything. At least until Y/N started hitting high notes. He woke up and looked towards her, he thought her voice was beautiful but he really needed sleep. He went back to sleep and this time used his magic to block out the noise. 

The song ended and it left all of the avengers impressed. Once everyone had gone off to bed Y/N approached the cell. Placing a hand on the glass with a sigh. "I know you can't hear me right now but, I didn't mean to wake you." she muttered. Loki remained still, lost in a dream somewhere. She muttered a goodnight before heading up to her room. not knowing the god of mischief was actually listening.
