Mom: We don't know.

Me: *lifts plants and does a google image search* Here found it.

We go inside.

Me: *reading out loud* It is commonly known as a striped cucumber.

Mom: Striped cucumber? So us it edible?

Me: *googles if edible* *reading out loud* It is unfortunate that it is called a striped cucumber because it is not edible. All parts of the plant are extremely poisonous. *puts down phone and immediately starts washing hands, others doing same*

Mom: So we're definitely getting rid of it.

Me: Yeah. *carries on reading* Many children have died from eating the fruit

Me pov: That's lovely. *sarcasm*
