What if malware wasn't stopped what if they did gain more control over glitch trap/Vincent ? I'd think that if Vincent didn't get hurt by malware he still would of trusted him so here's the taking over AU concept: when glitch was visiting William after the spring locks thing had happened the suit ears and head turned black like ink or slime was on it black with purple spots what would happen if that blob continued to be there that's what this AU the suit and his human body would of had many spots with that there it's all malware, his eyes would of been bright purple instead of the dark purple he'd still believe it's love what he and malware have not that malware just needed a host to control ima make a picture of this (his hair is brown with purple on the ends the black and purple is just on him)
