Something just came to me.

If those two work together....holy sh*t. 

IT WOULD BE CHAOS.

Jinx would let Heartbreak infiltrate the other timelines he gives access to while bringing the clones of himself. 

Heartbreak would let out his pink, red and maroon smoke to control, manipulate and seduce his victims in the timelines and force them through the Burrow and order them to do whatever he says. 

Imagine so many Burrows, different clones of Jinx and people mind controlled by Heartbreak running loose and doing who knows what they're doing.
