Mallory - Probably resembles Doug's misfortune after he cheated on his wife and mistreated Tammy along with him making a pact to Malak and his luck turned for the worse when his wife drove off the bridge

Wendy - Represents Helen's hatred for Doug after the way he treated her and Tammy along with that long lasting wrath she has for him (possibly true for Chapter 5)

Ainsley - She would be similar to the Reaper Nurses but the flowers she has such as Shutterstock, roses, orange lilies and lily of the valleys resemble hate and negative feelings but she would also symbolize Doug's taste in women when he was with the woman he's cheating with and how Doug formerly treated her like a trophy-wife
