If they go out somewhere (Movies, etc.) and 2p! Iceland falls asleep 2p! Norway will carry him instead of just waking him up. 

If it's cold or raining, he'll put his jacket (or at least one of them if he layered) on him and put the hood up. 

2p! Iceland never knows who did it because by the time he wakes up the jacket is gone and he's in bed or on the couch.

It just shows you that 2p! Norway can be one of the most caring brothers in the world, he just doesn't know how to show it
