Unfinished short stories, songfics, etc

Howdy people! It's certainly been a while! Almost 2 months, in fact.
For the people that didn't know, I've actually been compemplating whether or not I should stay in the Hermitcraft Fandom or just leave, since back then I've been slowly losing interest in HC. That's the reason why I put this book on hiatus.

But, now that I actually put some thought on it, I will continue writing HC, even though I now rarely watch it, I will continue writing my AUs and maybe even little oneshots. I'm also considering writing some 3rd life stuff as well.
I've never actually lost interest in writing, I just lost interest in HC, so I can still write.

Anyways, onto the content, sorry for the long rant on the top!
These are some old oneshots and songfics that I will probably never finish, Enjoy

Enemy - Wels - Angst

(This was supposed to be a Wels/Hels short story, where I used a word generator and picked 5 random words, the words were Estate, Shallow, Save, Cower, and Enemy)
Date started: 1/3/21 (January 3rd 2021)

/-+* Third Person POV *+-\

Wels cursed to himself as he tried to find the exit. He was in some sort of maze... or was it a large mansion? He wasn't even sure.

This all just seems like a nightmare, and he hopes it's just a nightmare. He didn't know where he was going with all the twists and turns going in different directions. And overall, he didn't know where he was.

Darkness, Fake pathways, Shallow black waterways, and red walls. Those were the only things that Wels could make out about the odd place he's at. There were also floating red particles wherever he went, and all that he could hear was the sound of dripping liquid, and now and then, whispers.

He didn't know where he was, or where this is, all he knows is that he wants to get out of there immediately. Dangerous plants and random thorny vines were growing everywhere, covering most of the walls. He didn't know if he was inside of some sort of large building, or in a huge and scary maze outside. He just couldn't tell.

The oddest thing, well, one of the oddest things for him is the voices and whispers he's hearing. Now and again, he would hear echoing laughter, or distorted talking. It's unclear where the noises are coming from, and yet at the same time, it's clear where they come from. A faraway place that didn't exist.

Everytime he hears it, he flinches and stumbles a little, and when he does that, the voice just laughs. It's very creepy and unnerving for him. He had tried several times to call out for help, and he had tried multiple times to tell the voice or whoever's behind this to come out, but all he hears in response is usually only silence, or laughter.

He has been trapped in this strange place for god knows how long, and wants to get out as soon as possible. He has a strange feeling that he's been circling in the same spot for ages, but he hopes it's not true. He strangely isn't getting exhausted no matter how much he wanders, but he does feel a little light headed and dizzy.

He is trying his best to find the exit, if there is one, but so far, after being trapped for so long, he still found nothing. He eventually accepted the fact that he's just circling in the same area. The dizziness on his head was getting stronger, and he finally decided to give up and sit down. He laid down on the nearby rocks and sighed.

The longer he laid down near the rocks, things only became more odd. Instead of feeling better, the dizziness only got worse, and the voices started to sound louder, and clearer. Eventually he realized that resting only made it worse, and with a heavy sigh, just decided to continue walking on, or at least that's what he wanted to do.

He tried to get up, but then realized he couldn't do so. He tried to lift his body up, but it felt too heavy. He tried to stand up, but his legs just started feeling exhausted for some reason. Everything started getting darker and dimmer, what's worse is that his body seems to no longer listen to anything he tells it to do.

As the world started turning to black, he could feel himself falling into one of the black liquid puddles, and without another second, his vision entirely went black.

Light.

He opened his eyes again, and this time he was in a different area. Well, he's still in the same world, but this time instead of just complete darkness, he could actually feel light shining down.

He tried to get a grip and stood up, this time he succeeded. With heavy breaths, he stood up and looked around. He was definitely in the same world... but everything almost seems different.

Author's opinion : oh wow, this could've actually been an interesting story... if I actually finished it-
Would I continue this: 3/10, probably not.

Redemption - Grian - Songfic

(A/N: I don't even know about this one- I think I might've been in a Gritho brainrot while I was writing this. It's not BAD, it's just-)
Date Started: 12/29/20

"Grian, it isn't too late to turn back. Seriously, stop this immediately."

Grian sighed as he walked away, half ignoring Etho, who was trying to make Grian change his mind, "Shut up Etho. I've made up my mind and am not changing it."

"This isn't the way. We could've done this in any other friendlier way. Grian- Please." Etho pleaded.

Grian stayed silent this time, but seemed unfazed, as he just continued heading towards the exit.

You say I make you nervous, a tragedy

I'm a beautiful disaster, a reckoning

Etho was getting desperate at this point, "Grian- What happened!? One moment you were just- fine. What made you come to this!?"

"I just decided-" Grian sighed before changing his tone, "I just decided that I don't care anymore." Grian said bluntly, with a tone as cold as ice.

You wonder how I got this way

[You wonder how I got this way]

"Wha- What do you mean you don't care anymore-!?"

"It may be harsh, but it's the truth." Grian said, turning and looking back at Etho, who flinched and looked back at him, fear and pure confusion in his eyes. "Etho. Do you understand what I'm talking about, and where I'm coming from?"

"I don't-"

"Exactly, you don't." Grian scoffed, walking towards Etho, who flinched back, "Then don't act like you understand. Because you don't."

You think I'm someone to be saved

Someone to clean up and tame

Author's opinion : If  I remember correctly, I think this was supposed to be some sort of Villain Grian AU thingy. It wasn't supposed to be something gritho centric, I just never finished this-
Would I continue this: 2/10, no.

My Demons - Songfic - Angst

(A/N: Oh wow I have a lot of  unfinished songfics- this was supposed to be some sort of hermits vs dark/corrupted/whatever-you-want-to-call-them hermits.)

Date started: 1/24/21

Grian walked on the edge of the pond, and looked down at his own reflection. He eyed his reflection without blinking, and it started distorting.

Mayday, mayday

The ship is slowly sinking

Soon enough, his reflection started switching between him, NPC Grian, Robot Grian, Watcher Grian, salesman Grian, reporter Grian, KoV Grian, Sherlock Grian, and all of his other identities. He instinctively grabbed a bow and arrow and shot his own reflection. The pond water distorted as the arrow hit, and the reflection faded away. Grian collapsed on the ground and took a deep breath.

"They think I'm crazy, they don't know the feeling"

Cleo was hanging off a cliff, one hand still holding on. She gulped as she raised her head to look at her alter ego in the eyes.

They're all around me

Circling like vultures

The other Cleo that was standing on top of the cliff, smirked. She was the opposite of the other. She had fresh human skin, and her eyes were bright pink and glowing in contrast to the real cleo's green eyes.

They wanna break me and wash away my colors

HumanCleo let out a chuckle, "Goodbye, Zombie Cleo!" She waved, before stepping on ZombieCleo's hand, causing her to let go of her grip and fall.

Wash away my colors

Two blades clashed. A pair of Red eyes and a pair of blue eyes stared at each other. False let out a grunt as she tried to hit True, but none of her slashes hit.

Take me high and I'll sing

True took the upperhand, and overpowered her. She flinged False to the wall, and dashed toward to slash another hit.

Oh you make everything okay

(okay, okay, kay, okay, okay)

Scar ran as he got chased by his own reflection.

We are one and the same

Oh you take all of the pain away

(away, away, way, away, away)

Author's opinion : huh, I mean, it's not horrible
Would I continue this: 4/10, probably not, but perhaps.

*+*+/|\+*+*×*+*+/|\+*+*
I actually have more, but all of the others are just short and can't even considered short stories.

I'll try writing stuff again, but for now, bye!
