Chica as Mirabel: Chica's had to deal with being forgotten and cast aside, kind of like Mirabel, plus their personalities are kinda similar already.

Golden Freddy as Alma: Goldie's essentially the patriarch of the pizzeria, plus he's similar in the sense that he's hiding a lot of secrets and dealing with a lot of emotional pain and trauma.

Spring Bonnie as Pedro: Golden Freddy lost them and it really damaged him.

Mangle as Julieta: Honestly I just didn't have anyone better to be Julieta lmao

Toy Bonnie as Agustín: I feel like their personalities are kinda similar.

Alisa as Pepa: I think their personalities align pretty well, plus they're both redheads so it's kinda obvious lol

Toy Freddy as Félix: Alisa was Pepa, so Toy Freddy being Félix was only natural!

Puppet as Bruno: Character-wise, I think Puppet being branded as this eerie, mysterious figure with scary powers when he's actually just kind of an awkward person is pretty on brand for him.

Toy Chica as Isabela: Again, a bit obvious, but I find it fitting, considering TC's more feminine than most of the other characters, yet she also has a bit of fiestiness.

Bonnie as Luisa: I feel like Bonnie's the type to pretend he's fine when he's actually struggling so that other people don't worry about him.

Freddy as Dolores: Kind of a similar situation to Mangle as Julieta.

Foxy as Camilo: His personality is probably the closest to Camilo, save maybe for Bonnie.

BB as Antonio: Both are precious children who must be protected

Candy as Mariano: Since Freddy was Dolores, Candy HAD to be Mariano. It also just makes sense because he comes from a separate restaurant, and Mariano isn't properly a part of The Family Madrigal yet. Plus, I feel like they're both kind of himbos-
