In an alternate universe, one Halloween, Oliver Queen was under surveillance because the authorities had suspicions about him being the Green Arrow.

Unfortunately there was a plan going down that night about a mass crime spree across Star City, so he did the only thing he knew to do, he called every superhero he knew and they planned for that night.

That Halloween was filled with different stories of the Green Arrow popping up everywhere all at once.

All the while Oliver Queen was at home with Felicity watching the news.

Hundreds of reports came in from all around Star City, some people claiming The Green Arrow was actually a woman, flying through the air like Supergirl, fighting several small groups of criminals, bullets bouncing off her before she pulled the bow off her back and fired a smoke arrow into the ground and proceeded to take down the entire group within seconds.

A few teenagers reported that The Green Arrow saving them from being robbed was a man with dark hair that turned to metal when the criminal tried to punch him.

A little old lady said The Green Arrow that she seen from her balcony was 'Speeding around kicking butt and taking names, sweet young man though, he apologized for all the noise afterwards.' No one questioned the old lady further.

Two young men were walking home late that night, as they passed a jewellery store, someone tried to run through them with a vehicle to get into the window, those men didn't like to admit that a small blonde Green Arrow lady actually shoved them out of the way before the vehicle hit them, then she proceeded to subdue both of the would be thieves with just a bostaff before just disappearing into the night.

Several reports about that nights green hooded vigilante rescuer varied in events, but something else they varied in, was the actual description of the Green Arrow.

For months people would argue about what The Green Arrow looked like or could actually do, "She screamed the men into a wall then made sure I got away safely." One woman would say "No, he was black, he threw this metal ball at the guys who had me at gun point then the floating balls just took out the men, I should know, I seen him." An older male store owner would argue.

Descriptions got so hard to keep straight that eventually the authorities had no option but to take surveillance off of Oliver and instead start looking for 'The other hoods' but after that night everyone went along with their own secret identities, no one but the heroes knew what happened that night, but thankfully Oliver Queen was no longer being investigated for being a vigilante after that little 'Costume party' as they all liked to call it.

No one mentioned the bald man in the green hood that shot fire at some street thugs that were trying to shake down a lone all night diner, who then proceeded to order a cheeseburger to-go, because who would really believe something as crazy as that?
