Ilya is my Oc for hetalia! He's the representation of the Mensheviks while Ivan is the Bolshevik. They hate each other. Also, Ivan is set on the fact that Ilya is smaller than him, despite Ilya being taller due to the fact that Menshevik means minority, even though the Mensheviks had more people on they're side.
