There's an art book that I read whose artist has been bothering me for a while now

Act pretty childish in my opinion

I mean, that's my opinion but like and they're allowed to go against that opinion but seriously??? It's stupid

Like okay

The artist had been struggling with getting the comments they want- which is understandable, I mean, it sucks to not get comments but some people just don't feel like commenting or there's something they don't really have an opinion on or they don't know exactly how to chime in on because it's dumb to constantly comment 'Nice Art!'

The artist also was having trouble with people not reading their other books- look dude- I'm the pot calling the kettle black when I say that I haven't done a shameless promo for a book but some people just don't want to read??? Respect that Jesus Christ

They always complained about how no one read their other shit and would update regularly but not with art??? It'd just be things practically begging for comments???

I mean, I've done my fair share of asking for comments but this was constant it was annoying

You don't get comments from asking for them- I've learned that the hard way- if people want to comment they will because surprise! they're human beings who have free will and will do whatever the fuck they want

Anywhore the only reason I'm finally ranting about it now instead of earlier is because the artist had just notified their readers that they're leaving because we're not giving them what they want

You may know who I'm talking about, idk but like- understand that I'm trying very hard to not blow this out of proportion, my only thing is that it was really annoying
