The kids were just watching Bambi, even though Cassandra said that she and Killian would get sad, they still ended up watching it. The two toddlers ran into James' room, wailing about what happened in the movie. Even though he knew what happened to make them cry, he still asked them what happened at each part of the movie. James grimaced as the children in his arms sniffled and wiped their snotty little noses on his shirt.

"And then what happened Lia?" James asked. The toddler to his left wiped his eyes with his fists.

"My name i-isn't Lia!" He pouted and sniffed.

"Okay, okay. What happened though?" James fought back his smile.

"The- the- the hunter, they-they came out and- and-" Killian burst into tears again.

"AND HE SHOT THE MOM!" Cassandra screeched, jumping off of the couch and running off to lock herself in the bathroom and sob. After the toddlers cried, James took them to their rooms. James had to pick lock the bathroom door and he found Cassandra sprawled half in half out of the tub. James sighed and carried her to her room, only for her to wake up and make him let her sleep in his bed. This only got worse because when Cassandra whined about wanting to sleep in James' bed, Killian woke up and shuffled into the hallway as a blanket with eyes.

Let's just say that by morning, James had at least ten bruises from where Cassandra had kicked him and had woken up to Killian sleeping on his face.
