The "Desire Grand Prix" (デザイアグランプリ) is a virtual reality-based survival game where players protect the peace of the city from the threat of a mysterious enemy called "Jamato" (ジャマト), whose origin and purpose are unknown.

Each participant utilizes a small button-like Rider Core ID (ライダーコアID) to transform into a Kamen Rider in its Entry Form (エントリーフォーム), and one of two halves of a Raise Buckle (レイズバクル) to gain additional armors in conjunctions of a Desire Driver (デザイアドライバー) and competes to win the game by defeating enemies and saving people.

The winner of the Desire Grand Prix will be rewarded with "the right to bring an ideal world to life". In other words, only the true heroes who win the competition will be able to realize the world they have wished for.

Ryuga Sato have portrayed as Keiwa Sakurai (桜井 景和) A.K.A. Kamen Rider Tycoon (仮面ライダータイクーン),a man currently looking for a job and lives with his sister. He likes tanuki soba and has an honest and straightforward personality.

Yuna Hoshino (星乃 夢奈) have portrayed as Neon Kurama (鞍馬 祢音) A.K.A. Kamen Rider Nago (仮面ライダーナーゴ), a celebrity influencer with two million followers and is a daughter from a rich family. Even if that is the case, she wants to live an ordinary life and has a strange dream of running away from her family.

Kazuto Mokudai (杢代 和人) have portrayed as Michinaga Azuma (吾妻 道長) A.K.A. Kamen Rider Buffa (仮面ライダーバッファ), a blunt and a lone wolf, and even though he seem prickly, he is a passionate man and a strong part of him cares for his friends. He sees Ace Ukiyo [Kamen Rider Geats] as his rival.

Kokoro Aoshima (青島 心) have portrayed as Tsurumi (ツルミ),a mysterious woman who served as a navigator of the Desire Grand Prix, explaining the rules of the game, how to progress, and announces the results to the participants.

Shugo Oshinari (忍成 修吾) have portrayed as Girori (ギロリ), a concierge of the Desire Grand Prix and also supports the participants at the salon that also serves as the neutral zone.
