In the next episode, the third DGP ended without a crowned Deza-shin when Girori has been removed from his position as Game Master after his deception and intentions had been revealed. It is also revealed that the Desire Grand Prix is a reality game show that has an elite audience of fans who watch it from behind the scenes, with cameras observing the every move of the contestants. Then, the fourth DGP begins with the three remaining Riders joined by two new contestants; Kamen Rider Nudge Sparrow (仮面ライダーナッジスパロウ) and Kamen Rider Lopo (仮面ライダーロポ).

Meanwhile, unknown to them, Michinaga Azuma/Kamen Rider Buffa, who was assumed dead in the third DGP, got himself transported into Archimedel's garden and alive well, possibly due to the over usage of Zombie Buckle...
