In the next episode, five Riders remaining with the Yukie Yaginuma/Kamen Rider Letter were killed while attempting to run away from the Jyamar Area. Now, the second round of the third DGP begins with the "Labyrinth Escape Game", where the remaining participants are sent to a different space created by Jyamato.

While the Game Master has asked Win Hareruya/Kamen Rider PunkJack to participate and have Ace Ukiyo/Kamen Rider Geats eliminated with his reason of "he's already winning too much", the DGP participants eventually faced the more fearsome Jyamato, which strangely evolved and gain intelligence to make use of Desire Driver and their own Jyamato Buckle, transforming into the Jyamato Rider (ジャマトライダー).

This episode features the debut of Feverslot Buckle, Kamen Rider Geats FeverBoost Form, the Jyamato Riders, and the creator of Jyamato itself; Archimedel (アルキメデル).
