In this episode, the Celebro-possessed Shinya Kaburagi finally makes his move by kidnapping Riku Asakura in order to gain the Ultraman Belial Kaiju Medal by combines the Devil Splinter and his pure Belial factors, in which he ultimately did it. Now that Celebro gained Ultraman Belial Kaiju Medal, he can transform into a past Belial Fusion Monsters and even transforming into other fusion monsters in the midst of the battle.

Here's the Celebro uses the Belial Fusion Monsters in this episode:

　１．Skull Gomora = Ultraman Belial + Red King + Gomora
　２．Thunder Killer = Ultraman Belial + Eleking + Ace Killer
　３．Pedanium Zetton = Ultraman Belial + King Joe + Zetton

The legendary Ultraman Zero has also returned after managed to escape from the wormhole by transform into Shining Zero and using the Shining Star Drive, reversing the time right before he was trapped. Then, Zero assists both Geed and Z fighting against Celebro and defeats him together. Unfortunately, Ultramans Zero and Geed had to leave this Earth to travel across the universe to get rid of the Devil Splinters, leaving this Earth under both Haruki and Ultraman Z's care.
