In this episode, Ultraman Z has finally got three new Ultra Medals: Cosmos (コスモス Kosumosu), Nexus (ネクサス Nekusasu) and Mebius (メビウス Mebiusu). Even though it didn't create an Ultra Fusion, it was used as a special move instead and its name is Lightning Generade (ライトニングジェネレード Raitoningu Jenerēdo). There are some of the Ultra Medals are yet to be collected, like Father of Ultra, as seen at the beginning of this episode.

In the next episode, as STORAGE salvage King Joe after Ultraman Z disable it with Lightning Generade, they are suddenly attacked by Alien Barossa, the space pirate alien who was revealed to be the one who demands the Ultra Medals and even sent King Joe after it. Alien Barossa has sneakily into the headquarters in his attempts to reclaim it.
