This episode has revealed about Haruki's past and his family. It is said that he lost his father after he was presumably killed by the Kaiju named Giestron (ギーストロン Gīsutoron). He went return to his hometown for the anniversary of his father's death.

During his fight against the Red King, there are two Red King in this episode and it turns out that they are a mated couple and only defending their egg, although Ultraman Z already destroys the first one, the male. After seeing it, Haruki and Ultraman Z couldn't have the heart to kill her and defend the female Red King instead, allowed her to retreat back underground with her egg.
