Unfortunately, it looks like the Kamen Rider Ark-Zero will evolve into more powerful Kamen Rider Ark-One (仮面ライダーアークワン Kamen Raidā Āku Wan) when the Ark's true power has been unleashed after acquiring the human host, but, we don't know who will be the Ark's human host just yet. I think that's a high possibility that Gai Amatsu will be the human host for the Ark. Or maybe, there could be someone else...? Looks like it will not appear until the final story arc has begun and I guess we just have to wait...

Meanwhile, the name of the second Reiwa Kamen Rider has been confirmed and the name was Kamen Rider Saber (仮面ライダー聖刃［セイバー］ Kamen Raidā Seibā).
