The Skybase, Fenix's giant aerial fortress has to land on the ground to refuel and restock some supplies! As the members on board take time off to accommodate the wait, the number of personnel onboard will be limited, so they have to be prepared for anything, and the three Igarashi siblings all seem to be up for the challenge! However, George Karizaki takes Ikki's Revice Driver in order to develop a new kind of Vistamp, however, Ikki is frustrated at the notion he won't be able to transform if needed and is concerned about Daiji and Sakura. So, he decides to take a bath with Hiromi, who was ordered to take time off just like the others!

Meanwhile, something disturbing is lurking within the walls and halls of the Deadmans Base... There is a plan to attack the Skybase and secure the Vistamp Development Lab on board, as the illusion-casting Chameleon Deadman leads the charge! Just before they all know it, the grasp of the devil quickly approaches Fenix...!
