Toei has announced that Kamen Rider Saber's Blu-ray Collection 1 will include the miniseries which served as a prequel and takes place 15 years ago before the series.

15 years ago, Tetsuo Daishinji had recently become a swordsman of the Sword of Logos as Kamen Rider Slash. Meanwhile, Hayato Fukamiya/Kamen Rider Calibur had suffered a "future vision" that his Sacred Sword, Ankokuken Kurayami has shown him, a dark future where the world ends. Determined, he heads to the Southern Base to meet Master Logos.

In this miniseries, it will also introduce the previous Kamen Rider Espada and Kamen Rider Kenzan prior to the current holders: Kyoichiro Shinsen (新閃 恭一郎 Shinsen Kyōichirō) and Amane Kagami (鏡 天祢 Kagami Amane).

Kamen Rider Saber's Second Film Announced

Kamen Rider Saber's second and actual film has been announced in March 2021 and was double-billed with Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: The Movie.

For the Kamen Rider Saber: The Phoenix Swordsman and the Book of Ruin (劇場短編 仮面ライダーセイバー［聖刃］不死鳥の剣士と破滅の書 Gekijō-tanpen Kamen Raidā Seibā Fushichou no Kenshi to Hametsu no Hon), it was labeled as the Gekijō-tanpen (劇場短編), which translates as "short film".

Following the of Zero-One Others: Kamen Rider MetsubouJinrai (Zero-One Others [ゼロワンアザーズ] 仮面ライダー滅亡迅雷 Zerowan Azāzu: Kamen Raidā Metsuboujinrai), there will be the second installment of the Zero-One Others, which focuses on both Isamu Fuwa / Kamen Rider Vulcan and Yua Yaiba / Kamen Rider Valkyrie and immediately takes place after the first installment of the said V-Cinema film series.
