This book contains within its pages the terrifying future that Kento witnessed. Just what is Master Logos' goal? As all of this unfolds, a brother and sister start to make their move.

This episode marks the debut of The Evil Swordsman Kamen Rider Solomon (悪の戦士 仮面ライダーソロモン Aku no Senshi Kamen Raidā Soromon) and Master Logos' first transformation into the said Kamen Rider. This is also featuring the Shindai siblings' defection from Master Logos and the returns of Kamen Riders Slash and Buster and the revelation of the current Master Logos' true name: Isaac (イザク Izaku).
