Yuri, who couldn't believe his friend faced the same fate that befell another, desperately tries to appeal to Kento! However, his efforts weren't enough, as his form vanishes in a last attempt to protect Touma! Luna appears during the battle, however, Luna is then kidnapped by Sabela! The Seiken and Wonder Ridebooks that have been stolen are arranged before the hands of Master Logos as he smiles when everything is ready.

Touma faints due to his battle injuries, however, he suddenly awakens only to see everyone locked in a battle against Master Logos! Ren and the others join in too, with Bacht joining in soon after, intensifying the conflict! Touma hurries towards his friends as all of the Seiken and Wonder Ridebooks are amassed in one place! Just what awaits them at the end of this deadly battle?!

This episode marks the TV debut of Kamen Rider Saber Emotional Dragon after its initial appearances in Kamen Rider Saber: The Phoenix Swordsman and the Book of Ruin.

Could it be the next episode where Master Logos' malicious plans were started? And, could it be that the next episode marks the creation of his currently unnamed Seiken and Omni Force Wonder Ridebook, giving the birth of the Evil Swordsman Kamen Rider Solomon?
