In the next episode, the next swordsman will appear and its name is Kamen Rider Buster (仮面ライダーバスター Kamen Raidā Basutā), who was hence known as the Swordsman of Land (土地の剣士 Tochi no Kenshi) and The Strongest Swordsman (最強の剣士 Saikyō no Kenshi).

Its true identity is Ryo Ogami (尾上 亮 Ogami Ryō), a member of Sword of Logos who was used to be Kamen Rider Calibur's best friend until the latter's betrayal. Right now, he's currently investigating Calibur's betrayal. Not only he is a swordsman, but he is also the father as he has a son named Sora Ogami (尾上空 Ogami Sora).

In Saber, alongside Kamen Rider Kenzan, he is one of two Kamen Riders who have using their weapons to transform. Ryo transform into Kamen Rider Buster by inserted his Genbu Shinwa Wonder Ride Book (玄武神話ワンダーライドブック Genbu Shinwa Wandā Raido Bukku, lit. "Black Turtle Legend") is into the Transformation Holy Sword Dogouken Gekido (変身聖剣 土豪剣激土［ドゴウケンゲキド］ Henshin Seiken Dogouken Gekido, lit. "Earth Master Sword Fierce Earth") and pulls the trigger, initiating the transformation.
