Touma goes on the rampage once again as Primitive Dragon and unintentionally stole three Wonder Ridebooks from Rintaro before Kamen Riders Saikou and Calibur knocking Touma out of the transformation, saving Mei's life just in time...

Then, Touma suffers a dreadful nightmare that he will unknowingly kill his friends in the midst of another mindless rampage as Primitive Dragon. He is concerned that if he doesn't do something about the Primitive Dragon, he will be fighting his own friends more than the Megid and the traitor in the Sword of Logos...

Meanwhile, Rintaro has an audience with Master Logos where he is reminded of just how dangerous Touma is right now. It isn't long before Mei reaches out to Rintaro to meet with her and Touma. It's been a long time since they've seen each other again, and even still... It was just then that Ogami and Daishinji were suddenly attacked by a new swordsman within the Northern Base...

This next episode marks Reika Shindai's first transformation into Kamen Rider Savera (仮面ライダーサーベラ Kamen Raidā Sābera).

Could it be Reika was the actual traitor within the Sword of Logos all along...?

There are several possibilities that Reika was an actual traitor within the organization and cause the whole events 15 years ago:

・In episode 15, the smoke was mysteriously occurred and takes away the Ankokuken Kurayami and its Wonder Ridebooks (Jaaku Dragon and Jaou Dragon).

・Then, Reika deployed the same smoke that takes away the Ankokuken Kurayami to taking away three Wonder Ridebooks that were dropped in the Saber and Buster's fight.

・ Even though she was ordered by Master Logos to leave Touma alone with the forbidden tome, she secretly disobeys the order and manipulating the swordsmen by relaying the fake order she made, which is to retrieve the tome, even if if it means to kill Touma in order to do so.
