Just then, a new request comes in with Masashi Nishikawa, the president of the entertainment industry, and Mayu Tominaga, a manager.

Recently, a popular comedian and entertainer group known as "Kuuki Kaidan" (Stairs of Air) have been the targets of a Deadman attack, leaving most of their set damaged and the recording of their program having been canceled! As such, Ikki and Vice decide to form their own "Happy Spa" comedy duo and embark on an undercover investigation acting as bodyguards for the Stairs of Air. But exactly who is targeting this particular group?!

The next episode features the debut of Rolling Vistamp (ローリングバイスタンプ) and Kamen Rider Revice's super form: Kamen Rider Jack Revice (仮面ライダージャックリバイス), as well as the televised debut of Kamen Riders Revi and Vice Neo Batta Genome (仮面ライダーリバイ＆バイス ネオバッタゲノム) following its previous appearance in Kamen Rider: Beyond Generations.
