The film tells about Ikki, Touma, and their allies must battle against Kamen Rider Century, a Kamen Rider from the future while attempting to help a time-displaced scientist reconciles with his now elderly son.

Aside from Kamen Riders from both Revice and Saber, many Kamen Riders from various series will appear in this film. This film served as a tribute to Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa Kamen Riders while commemorating the franchise's 50th anniversary.

This is the first Movie War film since Kamen Rider: Reiwa The Generation, because there is no dedicated crossover between Saber and Zero-One was produced due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
