Yes, I know I said I would not do anymore rants unless I seriously had to or it was necessary...

But this time around, it IS necessary.

I'm calling this girl out on her shit.

I have a serious problem with this and I need to let you all know.

First off, Raven, sweetheart...what brain is your mindset in? What era do you think we're living in? Did you not do your research or what? The audacity. Just stick with the horrible love story trope and singing shit, okay? Cause dear god you can't write mature topics for shit. Like, the scene that you wrote is SO, SO, SO stereotypical and a poor representation of suicide. This is letting me know that you don't know how suicide and depression works. Not only is this offensive to people who are suicidal and/or have depression, but it has offended me, considering I have also tried to take my life once. And it also offended one of my friends, too.

I always knew your writing skills were never good to begin with, Raven, but this is just on a whole other level. You obviously lack the knowledge on serious topics such as suicide and depression and stuff, and it shows in your abominations. I'm sorry, but I'm not holding myself back anymore. And don't you dare say that "oH iT'S nOT SUpPoSeD To BE ReALiStiC". Bullshit. Like if your stories are not supposed to be realistic...THEN WHY THE FUCK IS SERIOUS TOPICS SUCH AS ABUSE, DEPRESSION, SUICIDE, SELF-HARM, BULLYING, AND RAPE DEPICTED IN YOUR ATROCIOUS BOOKS?! So don't you come at me with that shit because these issues DO exist in real life and you saying that the representation is not supposed to be realistic, you're basically saying that depression, suicide, rape, etc. are not a real thing— which, they are. I really don't understand your logic, Raven.

Bitch, JUST SAY "SUICIDE"! Like, what is the problem? Your readers are not children, you know (though, some of them do act like children-), they are not stupid (Hmm...), so what is the deal? You're referring suicide as "it" as if it were a disease or something. It's not the end of the world if you just say "suicide". Same thing with the word "rape". Why do you and Ola (actually, it's Ola, really) refer to rape as "violated" or something? Are you both really that sensitive to strong words such as suicide and rape? Like it's not that hard if you just say the words and not refer to them as "it" because rape and suicide are serious topics which are to be taken seriously. I appreciate that Raven put the trigger warning (if she didn't, she would never hear the end of it from me and that's on PERIODT), but still, you and Ola don't flat out say the words rape or suicide or take those topics— and really any serious topics that you both included in your abominations seriously. Honestly, that's embarrassing and sad because you both are fucking adults. Get your shit together.

Ooo, now about this...

My friend kindly told you about the issue with your chapter that poorly depicted suicide and depression. My friend didn't give you no attitude, wasn't being rude, and LITERALLY, she said that she told you wasn't trying to stop you from writing. All she told you was that your poorly written chapter about the topic of suicide could be offensive to others and had offended two people (me and my friend).

"Well I'm sorry about it and fine I'll change it. Just leave me alone."

Bruh, the moment you said "fine" sounded like you got a whole attitude. You on your period or what? Like, the tone of your message sounds so bitchy and huffy, like...what are you so annoyed about? That my friend called you out for your careless depiction of suicide and depression in your story? That you know you did fuck up? That shows me and all of us that you don't give a damn if your chapter offends people who actually suffer from mental illnesses. That you could care less if people who have depression and/or suicidal are reading it and find it offensive. It shows you take serious and mature topics lightly and you can't write serious topics for shit. Sorry not sorry, but you can't. And I don't use the word "can't" often in real life...but you can't.

Oh, and you blocking my friend who warned you also proved you didn't care in the first place. And from my friends' knowledge, you didn't change the chapter like you said you would in your message. Bitch.

And I want you guys to hear me out. If you all ever, and I mean EVER plan to write or depict mental illnesses or serious topics in your books, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD do your research! It is not that difficult to get online and research about depression, suicide, rape, etc. Because if you don't do your research and don't take these issues seriously, you can actually offend people who are your reading your story and have suffered or is going through whatever mental illness or serious topic that you have depicted in your story because of the inaccuracy and carelessness. If you're not going to take mature and serious topics seriously and fail do to your research, then guess what, just don't write about it at all. Just don't. It will save me and others the offense.

You, Raven, have shown me and others that you obviously don't care if your poorly written depictions on serious topics such as suicide and depression will offend others and that you don't take them seriously. It's obvious that serious topics are not meant for you. I'm not sorry when I say that I hope no one sees your abomination of books because of your lack of effort, and your carelessness about serious topics and issues.
