I thought I would just share my opinions on which Fire Emblem games I like the most and least. Keep in mind that I have not played all games, and some are incomplete.

1) Path of Radiance
Better storyline than the average Fire Emblem game. Good world building. A nice touch in this game is the use of racism. I think the divides between good and evil are less obvious. The Black Knight makes for one of the best villains. Also, the final boss isn't a dragon!

2) Echoes
This is by far the best game on the 3DS. The art style is amazing, the music is amazing (although most FE games have good music), and the gameplay is amazing. Exploration is a very nice touch, as well as the ability to interact with NPCs. Berkut and Fernand make for more interesting villains than the usual. Full voice acting is great! I do have a lot of problems with Celica though, she makes a lot of stupid decisions. The ginger boyz make up for it though.

3) Radiant Dawn
Mostly similar to Path of Radiance. However, this game is very difficult, as I'm having trouble with even normal mode. I've had to restart many chapters up to 10 times. I can't even think about facing Ashera. Micaiah is a pretty cool lord though.

4) New Mystery of the Emblem
Okay, I know that for a lot of people it's not one of their favorites, but for me it is. It was the first game to ever introduce a playable avatar. While said avatar was very boring, I think that contributed to many games in the future. Honestly, I just had a lot of fun with this game. Katarina is also great.

5) Blazing Sword
I like the fact that there are three main lords. Without Lyn and Hector, I find that Eliwood himself is pretty boring. Nergal also has a pretty interesting backstory with Ninian and Nils, but the unfortunate part is that the Gaiden chapter where it's revealed is very hard to access due to the criteria. My favorite game on the GBA.

6) Awakening
My main problem with this game is how it just jumped from fighting Plegia to fighting Valm, and then somehow Grima is eventually thrown into the plot. Not enough connection between these events. I do think Robin is the best avatar out of all playable avatars though (Corrin and Kris both kind of suck, but Corrin only edges Kris out slightly do to their importance to the plot). This is just my opinion, but I think Chrom is a bit bland, and Chrom x Sumia should never be the canon pairing, because all Sumia does is give Chrom a pie. Also, too many rout the enemy maps. At least children from the future made sense though.

7) Fates
I have many complaints with this game. Unlike the children units in Awakening, the children units in Fates are just thrown in to make the fans (trashy weebs) happy. Okay I like Shiro but that's not the point. I found that in Fates, many of the parent units were benched when the children were recruited. Also, a lot of things were just thrown in for plot convenience (Azura's crystal ball). Valla sucked. Corrin is probably the most aesthetically pleasing avatar but more bland than Robin. I don't think they make for a good main character. However, I think there is a lot of potential for coming up with your own speculations of past events (like MaxHP's Concubine Wars). What was Garon like? What about Cadros' relationship to Anankos? etc, etc. Music was decent, and Dragon veins were pretty interesting.

8) Sacred Stones
I think the idea of having two lords (bro and sis) was nice, and the two paths were cool too. Lute is a god. Lyon is one of the best villains in the FE franchise. In general, everything was okay, but here are two words to sum this game up: too easy. I don't remember having a ton of fun with this game because of that.

9) Heroes
Well, it's a gatcha game. This sucks up way too much of my time and I experience more lows than highs (haven't gotten a 5 star in a while). Honestly, I've seen other games with less bs rates. At least you can collect 'em all from all the different games like FFBE.

N/A due to lack of play: Shadow Dragon, Binding Blade, Warriors (even though I know pretty much everything is shit (plot) except for the gameplay)
