So this is a challenge thing I was tagged in by iMeowmeow654 (thanks..) so go check out her book that's also about random stuff to find out the rules because I'm lazy and don't feel like explaining. So sense I'm also telling you to go check her out go and follow her and read her book becuase they're good, and she updates unlike me.  So anyway, to the challenge.

Now, onto the short story, based on my story... *shrugs*

Just a dream.. ('If Only' short story)

  I woke up slowly, my head ponding, the headaches were back. I got up and walked into my bathroom and took a pain relief pill.
  There was a  knock on my door and then a soft creek as it opened. Soft footsteps as someone snuck in and then a girly high piched squeal as someone jumped onto my back.
  I laughed softly as my little sister clung to my back so she wouldn't fall as I started to walk around my room pretending to be a horse for her amusement. She laughed and smiled just like any other girl her age sense we'd all gotten though that car crash two years ago.
  Well, everyone but my little brother. He'd died protecting her and I, he really was a bave kid like my father said he was, fighting 'till his last breath.
  I snapped out of my memories of my brother as I heard my name being called down for breakfast. I ran downstair, my sister still on my back, into the kitchen to my smiling parents and bestfriend.

I shoot up with a jolt and looked around. It was just my bedroom and my aunts house, my family still dead and I was still the outcast. My happiness with my family was just a dream.
  Was it really a dream? Or was it truely a nightmare of what I could have had if it wasn't for those men?
  Those men that I hate with my soul.
