Do you ever look back in your life and remember someone who you weren't that close with or even knew that well like someone you met online but you had a really joyful time talking to them? But then you eventually lost connection for whatever reason.

Well, I did.

In like a year or two ago, I saw someone on Pinterest who posted stuff about One Direction. I also liked One Direction. So I messaged them asking if they were any of the members (don't blame me okay the content looked like it could be posted by One Direction's company or something and I decided to take a shot it wouldn't hurt.)

I wasn't actually expecting a reply but a few minutes later they replied! :0

I was quite shocked and excited like "OMG I'M TALKING TO SOMEONE I'VE NEVER MET!!!" and stuff like that.

Then eventually we started talking more and kind of becoming friends... I hope?

Yeah it was really fun.

Also, they were like, I can say the first person to message me and starting a conversation without me messaging them first and it really got me emotional cuz my whole life I kept messaging my friends and telling them we should talk (sometimes I wondered if they would ever bother with it if I didn't step up...)

But then after a couple of months they posted a pin saying that their account wasn't going to get deleted but they were leaving Pinterest :[ 

It was sad.

We didn't even know each other's names, but it was really fun. (For me at least, hope they had fun as well)
